Allergy Management
Our Facility is completely nut-free and we have strict allergy management protocols in place, including careful meal planning, employee training, and clear communication with families about dietary restrictions. All food brought into the center is monitored to prevent exposure to allergens, and employees are trained to recognize and respond to allergic reactions quickly and effectively. By maintaining these high standards, we create a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
Emergency Policies & Procedures
Emergency procedures and drills are essential to ensure the children's safety, prepare employees, and minimize risks. Regular practice helps the children and employees learn how to respond, creating a secure environment where everyone knows how to act in an emergency.
Our emergency preparedness includes monthly fire drills and lockdown drills so our families can have full confidence that their children are in safe hands.
Our People
Our hiring and onboarding practices, which includes our mentoring program, ensures new employees are fully prepared to work in the facility and properly supported in their early days with us.
Background Checks: All employees are required to have a clear criminal background reference check, which includes vulnerable sector screening, as part of our hiring and screening process. Renewals and declarations are required as per locally legislated requirements.
CPR / First Aid Certified: Our centers meet and exceed local legislative and regulatory requirements regarding the number of employees that are required to be certified in First Aid and CPR.
